Kulfi is essentially Indian ice cream but denser. This recipe is an incredibly quick and easy recipe that gives you the flavor and texture of kulfi but not actually really being it. I'll have another kulfi recipe soon.

- 4 pieces white bread (Wonder bread works)
- 325g condensed milk
- 375g evaporated milk
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 green cardamom pods
- 4-5 pistachios
Steps:
- Add bread, all the milks and the heavy cream to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add to any glass container you can put in the freezer.
- Slightly crush cardamom and pistachios. Stick both in a grinder and grind until its about espresso grounds size.
- Add cardamom/pistachio powder to the blended mixture and stir.
- Set in freezer for 5-6 hours and serve.
